Privacy Notice: The Jets Activity Club processes personal data including but not limited to sensitive data, such as name; address; telephone contacts; date of birth; email addresses; authorised and medical contacts; gender; physical conditions; disability; dietary requirements including allergies and child photographs.

The Jets Activity Club process Personal Data for the following purposes a) ensure a safe, healthy environment for your child; 2) administer first aid; 3) comply with national guidance/regulations and Activity Club policies and procedures; 4) support administration; 5) staff training and development; 6) market research the Club may share Personal Data 1) with any other Activity or Out of School Care setting your child attends 2) as required by Court Order, law or legislation; 3) if the setting suspects child abuse and/or neglect, it will report these concerns to the relevant authorities in accordance with its policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

The Jets Activity Club setting is not responsible for any items left by you at the Setting, including without limitation, car seats, personal belongings and clothing.

The Jets Activity Club Setting may change any provision of this Parent Agreement without notice to you where such changes arises from regulatory or legislative requirements.
